Sanjana is a Senior Associate based in the Mumbai office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the corporate team of the firm.

Sanjana regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on general corporate matters, succession planning, mergers and acquisitions, including investments in early stage start-ups, conducting due diligence, entry and exit strategies, cross border transactions, and corporate documentation.
