Satyasrikant (Srikant) is a Senior Associate based in the Mumbai office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the firm’s Dispute Resolution and Advisory team.

Satyasrikant is a law graduate from the University of Mumbai and had advised and represented domestic as well as international clients in a wide range of commercial disputes as well criminal litigation.

His experience is across various fora including various High Courts, National Company Law Tribunals and various criminal courts. Additionally, Satyasrikant is also part of the arbitration and insolvency practice of Khaitan Legal Associates.
