Shruti is a Senior Associate based in the Bangalore office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the corporate team of the firm.
Shruti regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on general corporate matters, private equity and venture capital transactions representing both the funds / investors and the company / founders, mergers and acquisitions, including investments in early stage start-ups, conducting due diligence, entry and exit strategies, cross border transactions, corporate and commercial documentation and policies and general corporate and compliance.
