Anisa is a Senior Associate based in the Mumbai office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the corporate team of the firm

Anisa regularly advises foreign and domestic clients on matters of insolvency and restructuring. She works closely with domestic and international financial companies, institutions including non-banking financial companies, corporates and banks.

In addition, Anisa is a corporate generalist and regularly advises on corporate law including investments in early stage start-ups, due diligence, venture capital transactions, exchange control matters and corporate documentation.
