In the early months of 2020, the world faced an unprecedented challenge in the Covid-19 pandemic. Asked to stay home for the health and safety of our communities, each of our team member adapted to these unique circumstances in their own way. We want to take effort to acknowledge that we are all processing, evolving and coming closer within this situation together. But on the heels of the global pandemic, something fundamentally changed. For us, it added another layer of meaning and depth to the team; staying together and working out our differences felt more powerful and necessary than ever before.
