Manpreet is an Associate Partner based in the Delhi office of Khaitan Legal Associates and is a part of the Dispute Resolution practice of the firm.

Manpreet graduated from the University of Lucknow in 2007. In his experience, Manpreet has represented several renowned corporate houses, in respect of commercial, contractual, insolvency, and other related disputes. He specializes in pre- and post-dispute resolution strategies and has handled several high-stake commercial disputes before various courts and tribunals across India.
