Advising an offshore reinsurance company on its investment and exit from Indian third-party administrators

MAN Diesel Turbo SE: Advised the client from commencement to completion, with respect to a merger between two Indian companies. Advised on formulation of the scheme of amalgamation before the courts and various regulatory authorities.
